PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your orders in the following ways:
1.PAYMENT IN THE SYSTEM
Payment upon receipt from the store by cash or debit/credit card.
2.DEPOSIT AT THE BANK
Attention! On the bank’s deposit receipt you should enter your full name. to one of the following bank accounts:

3. PAYMENT BY DEBIT – CREDIT CARD
Payment by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
4.PAYMENT THROUGH PayPal
This way you use the PayPal as a bank (i.e. as a simple money transfer service) to make the transaction with your card – you do not open an account and your card details are not stored.
SHIPPING METHODS
You can choose one of the following shipping methods:
- Pick-up from our store (Anogeion 21, 71304 Heraklion, Crete)
- Delivery by us (over 10PC) upon request
- Shipping with our cooperation transport company: 25,00 €
The delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 working days.
WAYS OF RETURN
The products should be in the condition you received them, without their packaging having been unsealed and accompanied by the receipt or invoice of sale.
If you had a cut invoice you will have to issue us a return shipping note.
In this case you will be charged only with the cost of returning the products.
Your refund will be completed within 5 days from the day our store receives the products.
We kindly ask at the time of delivery to check carefully if the condition of the products is in good condition (e.g. torn, damaged packaging, wrong products, etc.).
