MOBIAK Aerosol Generators are innovative products, designed for extinguishing total bedtime indoors. The extinguishing material is environmentally friendly and is a substitute for Halon gas as well as other extinguishing materials. A System with Aerosol Generators is intended to extinguish fires of type A (Solid Surfaces), B (Liquids) and C (Gases) and prevents re-ignition (causes inactivation) for fires type E since the latter are within a certain area
The MOBIAK aerosol generator series aims primarily at protecting defined and closed areas so that the required amount of aerosol can remain for a necessary period of time to ensure effective extinguishing. The material contained in the Aerosol Generator determines the concentration of the extinguishing material, which is required for each type of fire given the volume to be protected. The aerosol is created inside the container through the combustion of the material it contains, which is cooled by a special type of flame ejected from a specially designed outlet and absorbs heat. The aerosol is created on site through the chemical reaction that takes place in a container that is not under pressure, producing microparticles of inert dry powder which extinguishes the fire by both physical and chemical means. When a fire is detected, the fire detection sensors transmit an electrical signal to the Aerosol unit, which in turn, activates the electric ignacinator. Then, the extinguishing material is released in aerosol form, which floods (totally) the space, extinguishing the fire in this way.
