Firefighting industries (E-BULB)

At Home, as well as in Industry, there are Countless Technical Instruments and Devices that support our Modern Everyday Life. Most of this Equipment is Some Kind of Electronic Products. It can be Computers, Dishwashers or Dryers, Entertainment and Lighting Equipment, Electrical Panels or Smart Devices for the Home. In Industry, Hardware, Electronic Equipment, Electric Cabinets and Printed Circuit Boards can be found Almost Everywhere.

THE ADVANTAGES WITH ONE GLANCE:

  • JOB's Thermolytechnes are 100% proven safety products
  • They are easy to install
  • Operating temperatures (environment, activation) can be adjusted
  • Do not require maintenance
  • Novec™ 3M™ poses no health risk
  • Amenable to technical upgrading to existing projects
  • Non-corrosive fire extinguishing agent
  • Zero CCO (Ozone Depletion Potential) / Ozone-safe
  • Do not react with other materials
  • They can be used as a passive fire detection and fire extinguishing system (without power failure)
  • Non-conductive firefighting material
  • Reduces the need for alternative protection due to an error in printed circuit boards

THE SOLUTION

To protect life and property, in the global sprayer industry, thermally activated glass lamps are successfully used. The glass lamp breaks at a specified temperature – the atomizer opens and releases water onto the fire for effective extinguishing. JOB's E-Bulb firefighting lamp is the next evolutionary step in the development of the product, which utilizes the proven technology of JOB's highly quality sprinkler lamps.

THE OPERATION

JOB's firefighting lamps are filled with 3M™ Novec™ Engineering Fluid. This non-toxic, non-conductive fire extinguishing liquid is released into the device when the specified temperature is reached and the Thermolychne explodes. Once activated, the fire extinguishing lamp extinguishes the fire and interrupts the electric current. Without transition, the liquid is immediately converted into gas. As a result of cooling and (in part) by reducing oxygen, a fire on a printed circuit board will be extinguished within seconds. And because the current flow through the fire extinguishing lamp is interrupted, it cannot be ignited again!
